Travel Notes
🔘 A private App will be created 30 days before travel and we will be able to chat and communicate as a group.
🔘 A full day by day itinerary will be provided 15 days before travel, if not earlier.
🔘 At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated charges.
🔘 I will provide a hotel (additional cost) for those coming in a day earlier or staying a day later.
🔘 It is the guests' responsibility to notify Branch Out Travel Group LLC of all email address changes and mailing address changes.

🔘 If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. We suggest you put the payment plan on your personal calendar.
🔘 Name Change Fee - $100 before final payment date on your invoice; $100 + vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
🔘 Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
🔘 All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
Payments will be automatically divided equally across the remaining months leading up to the final due date.
